During five days, the 24 participants from Belarus, Cambodia, Myanmar and Turkey that are participating in the Intensive Training Programme on Human Rights are visiting Stockholm to learn more about both challenges and best practices regarding human rights implementation in the Swedish context. Among the visits are the Ministry of Employment to learn about the Swedish National Plan of Action for Human Rights, Save the Children Sweden, the Living History Forum, the Equality Ombudsman, the Parliamentary Ombudsman, the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society, and the Centre for Justice.

The Intensive Training Programme on Human Rights is carried out in Lund and Stockholm 10 November – 5 December and the overall objective is to build the capacity of the participants in relation to the practical application of human rights in their respective countries.
