Abstract:
This study guide focuses on the legal aspects of human rights. The manual allows you to form a comprehensive understanding of the legal regulation of human rights. It will consider the norms of both the national legislation of the Republic of Belarus and international law are considered, judicial practice is presented concerning some aspects of both domestic and international legal protection of human rights.
