Russell Garner is a departmental associate to the Research and Education Department (R.E.D). He joined the Raoul Wallenberg Institute in 2019 and supports R.E.D’s work both in Lund and internationally. Russell holds a Master’s degree in the sociology of law from Lund University and is an alumni of UCD where he studied his BA in sociology.
